Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Control through process control.
Overall management of all LQC Supervisors / Engineers through work guidance, training & awareness Inspector skill enhancement – evaluation & monitoring.
Management of Process Audit as per schedule to have better control on process.
Process Audit round on daily basis. FPA Verification of in-house component before start of production. (BOM Audit) CTP/CTQ process parameter monitoring.
Weekly review line issue, audit points & PPM trend. Participate in process control during new product introduction. New Product FPA & Supplier Part FPA Line Trial.
Critical process audit & control of Foaming, Ultrasonic, Lock ring & Paint shop routinely.
Focused actions on system component failure and safety related issue.
Reloading data analysis, reduction &control. SFRN – data analysis & control.
Overall responsibility of line Quality in case of 2 shifts running.
3F, FTR issues-gap analysis & improvement.
Maintaining ISO system as per requirement.
